The Rupp LOK-UP'S Outrigger Halyard Locks are specialized locking pulley systems designed to secure outrigger halyard lines and maintain consistent release clip positioning throughout an offshore trolling spread. The positive locking system helps prevent halyard creep and unwanted clip movement caused by trolling pressure, vibration, and changing sea conditions. By keeping release clips securely positioned on the outrigger, the LOK-UP system helps maintain consistent bait and lure placement across the spread.
