WE DIAGNOSE

We assess the real condition and send you a full quote before any work starts. The diagnostic fee is billed with the finished job, not upfront.

COMMON QUESTIONS

How long does service take?

Turnaround depends on the work and parts availability. We give you a timeline with your quote, before anything starts, so you are never guessing where your gear is.

What is the diagnostic fee?

A flat fee for assessing your gear's real condition and quoting the work. You approve the full quote before any repair starts, and the fee is billed with the finished job, not upfront.

How does mail-in work?

Submit the request, then pack your gear well and ship it to the Niantic shop. Packaging and address details show up on the form once you choose mail-in.

Do you do warranty work?

We are an authorized service center for Shimano, Daiwa, Penn, and Avet. Note your reel is under warranty on the form and we will handle it accordingly.
