Black Bart San Sal Candy
The Black Bart San Sal Candy is a 12" offshore trolling lure designed to maintain a natural swimming action across a wide range of trolling speeds. Its tapered hard head combines a narrow cup face with a distinctive hex-back design, creating a deep-swimming presentation that tracks cleanly while producing the movement needed to attract wahoo, tuna, marlin, mahi, and other pelagic predators. The versatile design performs effectively at conventional trolling speeds while remaining particularly well suited to high-speed wahoo presentations.
With a skirted weight of 9 oz, the San Sal Candy has the weight and stability to maintain its position in the spread under demanding offshore conditions. The 4" head measures 1.2" in diameter and is designed for 300 to 400 lb leader with an 8/0 hook. Black Bart S3 replacement skirts provide straightforward skirt replacement, while custom rigging options allow the lure to be configured for different offshore trolling applications.
