Jigging World Flutter Spoons

The Jigging World Flutter Spoons are designed to imitate an injured bunker or menhaden slowly falling through the water column, creating an effective vertical presentation for striped bass. After being lifted off the bottom and allowed to fall on slack line, the broad spoon produces an erratic flutter with intense flash and vibration that resembles a struggling baitfish. Strikes commonly occur during the fall, making these spoons particularly effective when bass are feeding on bunker in deeper water.

Each Flutter Spoon comes rigged and ready to fish with heavy-duty swivels and split rings along with a Jigging World ZBlade Siwash Hook rather than a traditional treble. Natural bucktail dressing on the Siwash hook adds movement while also helping slow the spoon's descent and enhance its fluttering action. Available in 7.5" and 9" sizes, the spoons are equipped with appropriately sized single hooks for handling large striped bass.
