L.T. Marine Heavy Duty Carbon Fiber Gaffs

The L.T. Marine Heavy Duty Carbon Fiber Gaffs combine lightweight handling with the rigidity and strength required for landing powerful offshore gamefish. Built around a heavy-duty carbon fiber shaft, these gaffs are considerably lighter than comparable aluminum designs while providing excellent stiffness for accurate, controlled gaff shots. The carbon fiber construction also allows the gaff to float if dropped overboard, making retrieval easier during fast-paced fishing situations.

Available in 6' and 8' lengths, the gaffs can be configured with heavy-duty 3" or 4" gap hooks fabricated from marine-grade 316 stainless steel. Tri-cut points provide efficient penetration through tough flesh and gill plates, while the rigid shaft transfers input directly to the hook for precise placement. Non-slip gripping surfaces provide secure handling in wet conditions, making these gaffs well suited for tuna and other large offshore species. L.T. Marine backs the series with a two-year warranty.
