A Magsealed main shaft uses Daiwa's magnetic oil technology to help limit intrusion from saltwater and contaminants while maintaining smooth operation. Machined aluminum DigiGear provides precise gear engagement for efficient power transfer and consistent retrieves under load. The reel uses a 7-bearing system with instant anti-reverse and provides up to 15.4 pounds of maximum drag, making it well suited for light inshore applications with 8- and 10-pound monofilament or comparable braided line.
