Shimano Terez BW BFC Conventional Rods

The Shimano Terez BW BFC Conventional Rods are premium offshore fishing rods specifically engineered to complement Shimano's Billfish Concept (BFC) system. Developed with input from professional billfish captains, these rods feature custom-tuned actions designed for trolling ballyhoo, kite fishing, and other specialized offshore techniques targeting sailfish, marlin, and other powerful gamefish. Shimano's Hi-Power X and Spiral X reinforcement technologies combine with UD Glass blank construction to deliver exceptional strength, stability, and controlled flexibility while maintaining a lightweight, balanced feel. This advanced construction minimizes blank twisting under load and provides efficient power transfer during demanding fights.

Designed to pair seamlessly with Shimano Talica BFC conventional reels, the Terez BW BFC series provides a balanced combination of sensitivity, lifting power, and refined handling for competitive offshore fishing. Premium components contribute to dependable performance in harsh saltwater environments, while the Winthrop Epic Butt provides additional leverage and stability when fighting powerful fish. The combination of purpose-built actions, advanced blank reinforcement, and specialized offshore hardware makes the Terez BW BFC a high-performance platform for serious billfish anglers.
