Danco Pro Series Roll Up Fillet Kit

The Danco Pro Series Roll Up Fillet Kit provides three purpose-built knives for handling a wide range of fish cleaning and filleting tasks. The set includes a 5" Flex, 7" Flex, and 9" Stout Pro Series knife, providing flexible blades for precision work and a heavier blade for larger fish and more demanding cuts. Each knife features a full-tang 4116 German stainless steel blade with a DuPont Teflon coating for corrosion resistance, easier cleanup, and smooth cutting performance.

Oversized dual-molded handles feature a textured surface for a comfortable, slip-resistant grip, including when working with wet hands. All three knives store together in the included roll-up bag, which features individual storage sections, carry handles, and a Velcro closure for convenient organization and transport. The combination of three blade sizes and flex profiles makes the kit suitable for cleaning everything from smaller inshore catches to larger saltwater gamefish.
