The Harken 29mm Fish Swivel Carbo AirBlock is a compact, low-friction pulley designed for small-diameter control lines and applications where high strength with minimal weight is important. Its fiber-reinforced composite construction provides an efficient strength-to-weight ratio, with the Carbo AirBlock design approximately 30% lighter and 60% stronger than comparable Harken Classic blocks. UV-stabilized, high-strength resin sideplates provide durability for marine environments while keeping overall weight to just 0.9 oz.
A stainless steel swivel shackle provides a secure attachment point while allowing the block to align with the direction of the load. The 29mm sheave accommodates line up to 5/16" in diameter and carries a maximum working load of 330 lb, with a 1,000 lb breaking load. Its compact construction makes it suitable for jib and mainsheet systems on performance dinghies as well as high-load control lines on small keelboats.
