The Bates Hundo Baitcasting Reel is a premium 100-size baitcaster engineered for finesse fishing with lighter lines and lures. Precision-machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum, its one-piece frame delivers exceptional rigidity that minimizes flex and keeps the gearing perfectly aligned for smooth, efficient performance. The compact, lightweight design pairs with a shallow spool and an adjustable dual braking system, combining centrifugal and magnetic brakes for outstanding casting control when throwing jerkbaits, topwaters, finesse soft plastics, and other lightweight presentations.

Built with premium internal components, the Hundo features lightweight aluminum gears and a total of 13 precision bearings, including 10 HAC stainless steel bearings, two high-precision NMB ball bearings, and a one-way stainless steel clutch bearing for an exceptionally smooth retrieve. Finished in a corrosion-resistant gunmetal gray anodizing, the reel is equipped with an 88mm aluminum handle with gum rubber grips, a powerful 14-pound drag system, and includes a custom neoprene reel cover for protection.
