Fathom Offshore Double O Medium 9 inch

The Fathom Offshore Double O Medium 9 Inch is a streamlined bullet-style trolling lure designed for fast, straight-running performance when targeting tuna, mahi, wahoo, and other offshore pelagic species. Its low-drag head incorporates a balanced cone-shaped insert that helps maintain stable tracking as trolling speed increases. Capable of performing at speeds exceeding 18 knots, the Double O Medium is particularly well suited to high-speed trolling while remaining versatile for conventional offshore spreads.

The fully skirted lure measures 9" long and weighs approximately 4.5 oz, with a 1.875" head and a recommended 9/0 hook. Mono-rigged configurations feature 12' of 250 lb monofilament leader with a stainless steel 9/0 single-hook rig, while cable-rigged versions use 4' of 480 lb stainless steel cable with a 9/0 double-hook rig. The Double O Medium is made in the USA and uses Fathom Offshore OC replacement skirts.
