The Harken 40mm Swivel Carbo Air Fiddle Block with Becket is a compact, low-friction block designed for multi-part tackle systems where lightweight construction and dependable load handling are essential. Its fiddle configuration and integrated becket make it well suited for 3:1 and 4:1 purchase systems, including dinghy vangs and mainsheets, as well as cunninghams, internal boom outhauls, and other control-line applications. Carbo Air construction provides a high strength-to-weight ratio while maintaining smooth operation under load.

UV-stabilized, high-strength resin sideplates provide durability in marine environments, while the stainless steel swivel shackle allows versatile attachment and alignment. Compared with equivalent Harken Classic blocks, the Carbo Air design is approximately 30% lighter and 60% stronger. The 40mm sheave accommodates line up to 10mm in diameter, with a maximum working load of 485 lb for demanding control systems on dinghies and smaller keelboats.
