The St. Croix Legend Trek LTS70MF3 Spinning Travel Rod is a three-piece travel rod engineered to provide the smooth loading, balance, and responsiveness associated with a one-piece blank in a compact format. Its high-modulus, high-strain SCIV graphite construction incorporates Integrated Poly Curve (IPC), Advanced Reinforcing Technology (ART), and Fortified Resin System (FRS) technologies to increase strength, sensitivity, and durability while maintaining a lightweight feel. Slim-profile ferrules create smooth transitions between sections, helping minimize the flat spots and excess bulk commonly associated with multi-piece travel rods.
Built for demanding freshwater and saltwater applications, the LTS70MF3 features Kigan Master Hand Zero Tangle guides with zirconia rings and titanium frames for corrosion resistance and dependable line management. A Fuji reel seat with E-finish hood, super-grade cork handle, titanium hook keeper, and corrosion-proof trim components complete the rod. Two coats of Flex Coat slow-cure finish provide additional protection, while the included rugged travel case features a carrying handle and divided polypropylene liner for organized transport and storage.
