The Toadfish Put ’Em Back Oyster Knife combines a traditional oyster shucker design with an ergonomic handle for opening raw and steamed oysters. Designed for experienced shuckers and professional kitchens, its sharp tip and sharpened sides help open larger, thicker shells, including Gulf Coast oysters, and cut the oyster free from its shell.

The rust- and stain-resistant Japanese stainless steel blade features a bent tip and blade-through construction for durability. A contoured handle with a thumb rest supports a secure grip and helps reduce hand slippage during use. Handle hardware can be tightened as needed using two 2.5 mm Allen wrenches.
