Daiwa Lexa Baitcasting Reels
The Daiwa Lexa Baitcasting Reels are built for anglers throwing large lures, vertically jigging, and targeting powerful freshwater and saltwater gamefish. A rigid aluminum frame and sideplate help minimize flex under heavy loads, keeping the internal gearing properly aligned while providing a solid feel in the hand. Depending on the model, the Lexa delivers 22 to 25 lb of drag, providing the stopping power needed for striped bass, snook, redfish, musky, trophy largemouth bass, and other hard-fighting predators.
Daiwa's Magforce Cast Control uses an adjustable magnetic braking system to provide precise control over spool speed, making it easy to adapt when changing lure weights or fishing in different wind conditions. Ultimate Tournament Drag delivers smooth, consistent pressure throughout the fight, while Infinite Anti-Reverse provides immediate engagement. A swept handle reduces unwanted wobble and improves leverage, with select models featuring either EVA paddle knobs or a larger EVA power knob for comfortable, controlled cranking.
