The Jigging World Onyx Inshore Conventional Jigging Rods provide a lightweight carbon-fiber alternative to traditional fiberglass inshore rods while maintaining the strength needed for demanding bottom-fishing applications. Built on 30T carbon fiber blanks with 1X Loop carbon tape reinforcement, the series delivers increased sensitivity and reduced weight for better contact with jigs, bait, and bottom structure. Six models ranging from Medium through Extra Heavy provide options for everything from fluke and black sea bass to striped bass and blackfish.

All conventional models feature spiral-wrapped guides, which transition the line beneath the blank to improve stability when the rod is heavily loaded. Custom Jigging World guides with SiC rings provide smooth line flow, while a custom reel seat securely anchors conventional reels. Premium EVA grips provide comfortable control during extended jigging sessions, and the one-piece construction maintains consistent strength and response throughout the blank.
