Lexa TWS Baitcast Reels
The Daiwa Lexa TWS Baitcast Reels combine the heavy-duty construction of the proven Lexa platform with Daiwa's T-Wing System for improved casting performance and line management. The T-shaped line guide provides a wider, less restrictive path for line to leave the spool during the cast, reducing friction and line angle for longer, more accurate casts with less line noise and backlash. A rigid aluminum frame and sideplate provide a solid foundation for the drivetrain when targeting powerful saltwater and freshwater gamefish.
Internally, a stainless steel pinion gear pairs with a high-grade brass main gear for dependable strength under load, while Daiwa's Ultimate Tournament Drag provides smooth, consistent stopping power. Corrosion Resistant Ball Bearings are specially treated and shielded to help protect against salt, sand, and other abrasive contaminants. A swept power handle with a custom EVA knob provides additional leverage and a secure grip, making the Lexa TW well suited for casting larger lures and fighting hard-pulling fish.
