Maxel 8" Aluminum Teaser Reel

The Maxel 8" Aluminum Teaser Reel is designed for efficient deployment, retrieval, and repositioning of trolling teasers without disrupting the primary lure spread. Constructed from heavily anodized marine-grade aluminum, the reel provides the rigidity and corrosion resistance needed for offshore use while maintaining a manageable 1.3 kg overall weight. The large spool arbor allows teasers to be retrieved and reset quickly, while generously sized spool ports promote drainage and faster line drying after use.

A smooth disc drag system and T-shaped aluminum locking drag knob provide precise control over teaser line tension, with a large-diameter drag plate offering the holding power needed for high-resistance teaser configurations. The polished stainless steel offset line guide provides a durable, low-abrasion path for the line, while the dual mounting design accommodates flat installation beneath T-tops and cabin tops or attachment to suitable tower and bridge rails. Installation hardware and tools are included for convenient setup.
