Rupp Outrigger Thru Gunwale Halyard Tensioner
The Rupp Outrigger Thru Gunwale Halyard Tensioner provides a clean, integrated solution for routing and securing outrigger halyard lines through the boat's gunwale. The system features a polished stainless steel fairlead tube that passes through the gunwale, guiding the halyard line to a Harken Cam-Matic cleat mounted below. This configuration allows anglers to maintain proper halyard tension while keeping rigging hardware organized and easily accessible. The durable stainless steel construction provides excellent corrosion resistance for demanding offshore and saltwater environments.
The Harken Cam-Matic cleat provides quick, secure line adjustments and accommodates nylon rope from 1/8" to 1/2" in diameter. Each assembly includes the stainless steel fairlead tube, washers, mounting nut, bracket, and cam cleat for installation. Two fairlead tube lengths are available to accommodate different gunwale configurations, with Standard measuring 2.875" and Large measuring 3.875". Both versions feature a 5/8" outside diameter and 3/8" inside diameter. Each tensioner is sold individually.
