Rupp Outrigger Bushing Kit

The Rupp Outrigger Bushing Kit is a replacement maintenance kit designed to restore smooth operation and proper performance to Rupp Rupprigger outrigger systems. Over time, bushings and sleeves can wear from regular use and exposure to harsh marine conditions. This kit provides the essential Delrin replacement components needed to re-bush a complete pair of outriggers, helping eliminate excess play, reduce friction, and maintain proper outrigger function.

Manufactured from durable black Delrin, the bushings and sleeves offer excellent wear resistance and low-friction performance in marine environments. This kit includes the Delrin components only and is ideal for replacing worn or missing bushings while reusing existing stainless steel hardware. For a complete rebuild including bolts and lock nuts, Rupp's complete hardware kit is available separately.
